Configure staging database and schema for Fabric Copy jobs

The custom Copy job staging feature allows you to select specific databases and schemas to manage data change operations and historical tracking. ### Use cases Imagine you need to track changes in transactional tables and direct temporary data to a specific environment. With this update, you can: - Define where CDC staging tables are created. - Control the target schema for incremental loads using SCD Type 2. ### How to use To configure custom staging, access your Copy job settings in the Microsoft Fabric interface and select your preferred database and schema for staging under the CDC or SCD Type 2 options. ### Limitations and requirements This feature is generally available (GA).
